Here is one of my favorite breakfasts, Avocado on Toasted Sourdough Bread with Salmon. On my plate I added some cherry tomatoes and sliced mango. The salmon was leftover from dinner the night before. I decided to air fry the salmon filet and it was perfectly cooked in 8 minutes. Breakfast only takes about 10 minutes to make since the salmon is already prepared. Just toast the bread, smash the avocado and layer it with the salmon. Drizzle some lemon juice on top and you are ready for the day.
