White Bean Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups cannellini beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 TBSP olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 TBSP lemon juice fresh
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper ground
  • 2-4 TBSP water if needed

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, pulse the cannellini beans, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • With the food processor running, slowly add the water and process until smooth.
  • Serve with veggies or pita.
